# Terms of Service **PX Flow Media**
Last updated: June 2025 These terms apply to all services provided by PX Flow Media (Pixel Floww Media). By proceeding with any project, you agree to these terms.
## 1. Services and Scope every project scope is defined and agreed upon before work begins, either via WhatsApp chat or a written summary shared with you. Any services not included in the agreed scope are not covered under the original fee. Additional services requested during or after delivery will be quoted separately. Pricing for each plan is discussed and confirmed before the project starts. Final charges may vary from initial estimates based on the exact services required, the complexity of the project, and any additions or changes requested during the process.
## 2. Revisions each plan includes a fixed number of revision rounds as agreed before the project begins. A revision round means one consolidated list of changes submitted at one time, not back-and-forth requests spread over multiple days. Revisions beyond the included rounds will attract additional charges. The rate for extra revisions will be communicated before the work is done. You will never be charged for extra revisions without your prior approval.
## 3. Payment Terms, a percentage of the total project fee is due before work begins. The remaining balance is due before the final files are handed over. Exact payment splits are confirmed at the start of each project. PX Flow Media reserves the right to pause or halt work if agreed payment milestones are not met.
## 4. Refund Policy due to the nature of digital services, all payments made to PX Flow Media are non-refundable once work has begun. This includes discovery, planning, design, development, and any setup work. If you are dissatisfied with the work at the preview stage, you are entitled to revision rounds as agreed. Dissatisfaction after revisions have been used does not qualify for a refund. If PX Flow Media fails to deliver the agreed scope entirely and without cause, refund eligibility will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
## 5. No Guarantee of Business Results PX Flow Media provides website creation, Google Business Profile setup, and related digital services. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes including but not limited to increased revenue, customer growth, search rankings, or lead volume. Results depend on many factors outside our control including your market, competition, and how your business operates. Our responsibility is to deliver the agreed service to a professional standard. Business performance beyond that is your responsibility.
## 6. Client Responsibilities, you are responsible for providing accurate information, content, logos, and photos required for the project in a reasonable timeframe. Delays caused by missing client inputs may push the delivery date, and PX Flow Media will not be held responsible for such delays. Once the project is handed over and you have confirmed receipt, ownership and management of the deliverables transfer fully to you.
## 7. Working Hours and Emergency Support PX Flow Media operates every day of the week with no fixed holidays. However, standard working hours apply and will be communicated at the start of your project. Requests received outside standard working hours, including late nights, early mornings, and weekends, are considered off-hours requests. Urgent work or support requested during off-hours will attract a surcharge communicated before the work is taken up. General questions and non-urgent communication outside working hours will be responded to during the next working session.
## 8. Intellectual Property All work delivered to you becomes your property upon final payment. PX Flow Media retains the right to display the work in its own portfolio unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before the project begins.
## 9. Changes to These Terms PX Flow Media may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will not affect projects already in progress at the time of the update.
